Order Cut-Off & Handling Time

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST (Toronto time) are processed the same business day.

  • Orders placed after this time are processed the next business day.

  • All orders are prepared and shipped within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Transit Time

  • All destinations: 6–11 business days (carrier delivery)

  • Total delivery time (handling + transit): 7–14 business days

  • Carriers operate Monday–Friday.

Customs Duties & Import Taxes

Failed Deliveries

  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery, or refusal to pay customs fees, the buyer is responsible for reshipping costs.

Returns & Refunds

European Union Customers

  • EU law allows returns within 14 days of receiving your order for any reason.

  • Items must be returned unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
