At Mark & Houston, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

  • Photos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

Eligible Returns

We accept returns and exchanges for:

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

  • Items that arrive damaged, defective, or different from your order

  • Replacement or full refund provided at no additional cost

Non-Defective Items (Change of Mind, Size Issues)

  • Items must be unused, unworn, in original packaging, with all tags attached, and free from damage

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise required by law

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Return Shipping Costs

  • Non-defective returns: Customer pays return shipping

  • Original shipping fees, taxes, or duties are non-refundable


Refund Process

  2. Approval & Processing: 3–7 business days

  3. Total refund time: 10 days

Total time may take up to 30 days in rare cases. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.


Order Cancellations

  • Orders already shipped must follow the return process


European Union Customers

  • EU law allows returns within 14 days of receiving your order for any reason

  • Items must be returned unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase
